Correct staff, nice & clean room, tasty breakfast
no shuttle to & from airport, last shuttle to city center is at 7pm...a bit early if you want to have dinner in Rome
The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was also good quality.
This was very much a hotel geared for the business traveller. The location is not ideal for tourists. The nearest metro is a fair distance away and although once we got used to the buses we found this the best way to get to the city centre, they were sometimes infrequent and crowded and journey times long during peak times.
A very good hotel, with good facilities although a little bit far from the center of town, they do have a shuttle bus into and from town however the last bus from town back to the hotel goes at 17:00 and no later.
A taxi from the airport to the hotel would cost 50 euros according the deskclecks, although already expensive enough the taxi turned out to be 60 euros and when telling this to the clecks it didn't seem to bother them at all.
Clean and modern room, nice breakfast, friendly staff. A true H10
Far from downtown. There is a shoutle every 2 hours, up to 5pm, from hotel. Only the first 15 persons fith in. After 5pm, the only confortable way to come back is by taxi. It costs about 12 EUR from downtown Rome. Our reccomandation is to have a shoutle every hour, up to 24:00.
I think that it would be in great use, if arriving at the hotel, the hotel staff could provide me roma tourist guide (they give it for free in every information office). They give you a map, but it only provides information about No 170 to the city center.I wanted all the city transport to have on one map.
Very comfortable, clean and modern room. The breakfast buffet was very good and versatile (included for example bacon, omelets, cereals, bread, cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt, fruits, cakes, croissants, juices and coffee). Swimming pool and jacuzzi was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free internet worked very well in our room. The hotel was a little bit far from the city center, but we knew that, and we went to the city center by bus number 170 (it costs only 1 € and end stop is Termini). Staff gave us map were you can find every stop of the bus 170. On Sunday morning we walked to the Trastevere, Porta Portese, rummage sale.
The bed was big and comfortable...you could open the window...the bathroom was roomy.
The pool area was small and crowded...unable to get a booking for a massage...there was not a good variety of restaurants nearby...it was quite a long bus trip into the city centre...I felt the hotel was a bit isolated for walking of a night.
Lovely rooms, lovely staff and a great on roof swimming pool. Not much more you could ask for!
Difficult to get back to after 24.00 but was easy to get the bus (both the local and the hotel bus)
Al was amazing, and the hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and royal.
Hotel facilities are very modern and cool. The suite type room was very big and the bathroom was really nice.
I specially asked, on the reservation, for a double bed and not single beds together. The hotel didn't give any attention to my request - seems to be simply first-come-first-serve policy. On the end, they charged me additional 50 euros for an upgrade for the only available double bed - a suite. There was no manager available to discuss the issue. The refrigerator was not working and continued like that after my complaints.
Shuttle to the city center is small (max 15 p.) frequency is low.
very comfortable rooms, spotless clean, free shuttle bus to city centre.
poor bar service, when asked about pool, was simply told closed,no explanation given. breakfast a rip off, not worth 17 euros.
Modern, no nonsense hotel
Advertised as EUR district, but this is not really the case. Taxi drivers are unable to find it.
The cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were wonderful!
The location. Had to take a taxi everywhere which ended up costing us over 200 euros in cab fare or whole stay there.
good location, nice swimming pool, clean hotel
Opening hours of the swimming pool are too narrow, the hotel does not provide a service to send postcards
